Recent Flea Market Hawl

I brought all these cars home from the Flea Market at the old Stormville Airport earlier this month, it was a great day to wander up and down the runways and run my hands through buckets of diecast

The Siku VW Bus is the Radar Kontrol version with the little opening door in the nose. Needs the sliding door, but this was an incredible find, especially for less than $1! The HWs Evil Weevil Volkswagen bug is missing the front engine but is totally restorable. Lesney Mercedes Convertible Mercedes Benz SLs are usually found with no windshield, this one has the front glass but missing a side door. Pretty sure I have a donor vehicle around here somewhere

Hot Wheels Mercedes Benz C-111 with working/intact gull wing doors is the Flying Colors version, which means a plastic base. I'm still happy to have found it. Same with the 5 window Yatming 911. Majorette Morgans are rarely found (at the flea circus) with the roof on, and about half are missing the windshield as well. The MBX SpongeBob VWs are mint and came from a booth where the lady was selling a huge box (several hundred) of loose diecast (making the mint-ness of these two even more incredible) at 5-for-one-dollar! Twenty cents each? I'll go through the whole box, thank you! Altogether, I spent less than $20 on diecast and walked away content with my day
