Hot Sixty 4th: A Look At the IH Scout

Writer: TJ MatchtheboxTJ Matchthebox

Showcasing my other Christmas presents are these 2 classic American trucks by Greenlight.

From left is the 1965 Harvester Scout Half Cab Pickup from the blue collar series and the 1969 International Harvester Scout from the Black Bandit series.

The International Harvester Scout is an off-road vehicle produced by International Harvester from 1960 to 1980. A precursor of more sophisticated SUVs to come, it was created as a competitor to the Jeep, and it initially featured a fold-down windshield.

The roof is removable and can be transform as a topless truck and the roof is made of plastic. The roof can easily detach so be careful not to lose it.

This off road version also has plastic roof but is not removable.

I was happy these have no QC issue but I wish it has opening hood.
