Purchased as a reminder of why I don't belong riding a motorcycle, I've only just noticed a glaring issue with this casting. When folded up into "transportation mode," the nozzles on the spray arms point upwards, not down as they should.
And if we flip the back piece around, to let the arms point correct?
They hit the rear fenders.
And won't lie flat against the front fenders.
And the arm's clips are uneven, so they can only clip to the rear piece in one direction.
Overall, this isn't a really big deal, but I work at a motorcycle shop, and it's protecting me from myself. I've made the decision to have it as a reminder of dangerous temptations I've had in a car that wouldn't have even gotten a second thought were I on two wheels, which means I look at it every day. It's really bugging me.
